Now Hiring - Real Estate Inside Sales Representative in Minnetonka, MN

Summary

This position answers all incoming customer inquiries and works entirely on the phone or via email, assisting sales by means of collecting new customer information, explaining our services, handling objections and introducing customers to our outside sales representatives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce and other technology to assign customer prospects to our outside sales representatives and manage customer inquiries.
• Educate customers about our property management, tenant placement, and rent estate investment management services.
• Qualify and introduce customer prospects to our sales process.
• Track lead sourcing for Marketing department.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all documents and agreements.
• Must spend a minimum of between 30%-40% of your time on the phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
• No cold calling.

• Successfully handle customer inquiries and introduce our customers to our outside sales agents.
• Familiarity with computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and follow up skills; willing to provide exceptional customer service.
• Must have quiet and uninterrupted working environment while working remotely and high-speed internet.
• Self-directed and able to problem solve independently.
• Demonstrate Renters Warehouse’s core values at all times.
• Organize and manage multiple technologies and priorities at once.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor.
• Attention to detail and data entry.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or 1-2 years of experience in a sales role or a related field.

Work Environment

Remote Status: Currently fully remote, will transition to a hybrid model of in office 1 day a week and remote work 4 days a week. Must be able to report for work at the corporate office.
